He even came to my gym and showed me the best equipment to use and gave a demonstration on what to do when I didn’t have a session booked. I’m amazed how far I have come in such a short space of time and it’s all down to Anthony’s knowledge and training. I can’t recommend him enough.

I can honestly say that the process I went through with Anthony was not only life changing, but life saving! On the 1st day I met him he described me as a “walking heart attack”, and I can’t say any different.
Years of eating takeaways, drinking beer and no exercise had really taken its toll. My joints were a mess, I had pain everywhere and a good few injuries from downhill mountain biking and even started my sessions with a broken finger!

I had let myself go over the past 10 years. I was unfit and felt unhealthy. the lockdown and the lack of activity made me want to change.
I started doing online training with Anthony and in 2 months I got back the energy and body of my 20s and even better. I had never been able to see my abs and wasn’t expecting to ever see them!
I lost more than 10kg and have gained some muscle mass. What surprised me is the fact that the nutrition plan didn’t require much effort and was perfectly tailored to my lifestyle. Anthony, is by far the best Trainer I have ever met. These are pretty strong words, but in my experience with him, it is the truth. I was looking for a PT to essentially help me increase my strength, balance out my muscle instabilities (being a rock climber I have a few of them), increase my flexibility and mobility, and gain the aesthetic of Tarzan.
I actually worked out at a different gym, though drove the distance to see Anthony at his, that is how good he is. He wrote me up a plan and multiple monthly programs (over the months I saw him) along with a nutrition program. On top of achieving the above listed goals, he helped give me a much better understanding of my body and how it moves, which has definitely improved my climbing, sky diving and surfing. Thou he has moved back to Europe, I along with a friend (who recommended Anthony to me in the first place) refuse to see any other PTs in Melbourne, and have insisted that Anthony continue to train us remotely and over Skype/Phone etc.
I cannot recommend Anthony enough to anyone looking to seriously go after their goals.
