“One morning, I saw a topless picture of Donnie Yen in excellent shape. One of my favorite martial arts artists, 59 years old. I turned myself into the mirror and thought: Man! You are 20 years younger, chubby, in bad condition, and you let yourself go, sitting in front of the PC, working the whole day, eating lousy food, without any sports or consistency.

I was about to lose my self-respect and wanted to change this.

That’s when I reached out to Anthony. I explained my current condition and my near future goals to be in the best shape. In the beginning, I just wanted to have a great body transformation. Willing to suffer and to go all out for what is necessary to reach my goal.
